Nordpoint Legal was founded in 2009 with a single purpose: to give companies facing complex decisions the clearest possible advice. We are based in central Oslo, at Haakon VIIs gate, and we work with Nordic and international companies on the transactions and disputes that matter most to them.
Our practice covers M&A, corporate structuring, employment and dispute resolution. We work in English as readily as Norwegian, and a significant part of our practice is cross-border — advising foreign companies entering the Nordic market, and Nordic companies expanding internationally.

Yes. Much of our work is cross-border, advising international clients on Norwegian and Nordic matters in English.
How do you charge?
Most engagements are billed at agreed hourly rates, with fixed-fee or capped arrangements available for well-defined matters. We always agree the basis up front.
Can you act quickly on an urgent transaction?
Yes. We routinely mobilise dedicated deal teams at short notice for time-critical transactions.
